How Seller Will Add New Product On Hoodmat.com

Add New Product
List the product you want to sell as follow
• Sign into seller account.
• Click on My store tab
• Find and click Add New Product
Description Tab
• Insert product name, product description and product taq in various languages
• Click save to continue
Note: This will Improve your selling chance. Failure to do this, the system will return error.
Add Specification Tab
• Upload product Image (within our specify size and format)
Insertion of the following are compulsory
• Product model
• Price
• Quantity
• Weight in kg
• Dimension in meter
Insertion of the following are not compulsory but necessary
• Delivery days
• Number of Days Return Policy
• Service Coverage
• Safe Shopping Guarante
• Best Price Guanrantee
• Click continue
Add Category/ Manufacturer Tab
• Enter product manufacturer Name
If available on hoodmat the name will auto complete
• Enter catagories you wish the product to belong
If available on hoodmat the category will auto complete
If not, you can create new category as follow
• Sign in or go back to seller account.
• Find and click Manage category
• Click insert plus button
• Insert category name, description in various languages.
• Insert meta tag title, meta tag and meta tag keywords
• Click data tab
• Enter parent category
• Upload image if necessary
• Click save button to continue
• Go back to seller account >> Add New Product >> link tab
• Enter newlly created catagories you wish the product to belong
• Enter download product name to retrive the download product
• Click save to continue
If unable to retrive download product name at link tab
• Create download product as follow
• Go back to seller account.
• Find and click Manage download
• Find and click insert button
• Enter download name and description in various languages
• If not the system will generate error ( learn more to prevent error )
• Enter filename, click upload button
Either
• Enter filename and enter insert url link (for a remotelly hosted product)
• Enter mask, insert image (for locally hosted image)
Or
• Enter mask, insert image url (for a remotely hosted image)
• Enter download product price.
• Click save button
• Go back to seller account >> Add New Product >> link tab
• Enter newly created download you wish the product to belong
• Click continue
Add Details Tab
• Enter option name, to retrieve existing option Or Create New Option
• Select existing option
• Follow the screen to fill option window
Auction Tab (You can skip If Not necessary)• Check or uncheck Auction completion.This determine when auction will stop if maximum price is define and if when maximum price is activated.
• Check or uncheck Active box
If disable, product will regain its original data and customer account auction for this product will go into hiding mood
• Sellect Start Time: This define the time when auction will start
• Sellect End Time: This define the time when auction will end
• Enter Starting Bid: This define auction start up price
• Enter Maximum Price: This define a price seller will consider to end auction
• Enter Minimum Offer Step: This is a minimum biding amount
• Click continue.
Shipping And Submit
• Click yes to enable requires shipping
• Select shipping method you want to subscribe to
• Go to data tab and select the same shipping method
Product shipping rate is not necessary if you are not using product base shipping method.
• Click add image plus button.
• Click upload image to locate.
• Select your product additional image.
• Click remove button to delete product additional image.
• Click Save.
