Hoodmat Delivery Boy are expected to deliver packages to customers. The Delivery Boy's responsibilities include verifying the identities of recipients and validate OTP before handing over packages, and accepting payment for delivered packages where required. You should also be able to ensure that your means of vehicle is regularly refueled and well-maintained.
To be successful as a Delivery Boy, you should adhere to road safety regulations at all times. Ultimately, a top-notch Delivery Boy should be able to evaluate traffic patterns and find alternate routes in order to ensure the timely completion of deliveries. Delivery Boy Responsibilities
Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames. Carefully loading and unloading all packages. Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages. Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner. Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages. Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery. Delivery Boy Push Notification
If you are a registered delivery boy member withing a certain location in a certain seller radius, you are expected to receive push notification of delivery boy order once its available
All delivery boy withing this location will receive this notification about pending order that is expected to be delivered to the recipient. This order will be assigned to delivery boy who click on either the ringing tone screen first or click on accept delivery button first. Delivery boy App user will see a successful message once order is assigned to them or will see a decline order message once order not assigned to them. Delivery Boy Flow
If the payment method of the order is cash on delivery “COD” as a delivery boy, you are expected to pick the order from seller store using app google navigation screen, take the order to customer and ask for OTP , validate customer OTP, deliver product to the customer then collect cash on behave of the seller. Take the cash to the seller and ask seller for OTP, validate seller OTP and deliver payment to seller and take your own cut known as selfpaid.
If the payment method of the order is card or bank transfer “bank transfer” as a delivery boy, you are expected to pick the order from seller store using app google navigation screen, take the order to
customer and ask for OTP, validate customer OTP, deliver product to the customer.
Delivery Boy Push Notification

As a delivery boy, you are expected to request for payment once you have enough money accrued to your account. This money accrued to your account during card or bank transfer payment.
As a delivery boy, you are expected to take your own cut known as selfpaid when you are handling delivery of order having cash on delivery payment method. One Time Password “OTP“
If you wish to deliver any product , you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to product order including but not limited to, OTP you are expected to validate this OTP in other to change the status of the order when you are delivering product to customer, request and validate customer OTP. when you are delivering payment to seller, request and validate seller OTP

Seller OTP is located in seller registered email at hoodmat.com
Customer OTP
Customer OTP is located in either Customer registered email at hoodmat.com or buyers app order details.
Delivery Boy Plan
If you wish to upgrade plan, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information. This plan will determine your delivery limitation and your deposit.
Delivery Boy Limitation
This is the strength you have for delivery services and this is determine by your deposit. The more your deposit the more your limitation
Delivery Boy Deposit
Your deposit is refundable provided you don't have any outstanding payment but you may be subject to outstanding payment provided your delivery order payment method is COD and admin cut is configured for your shipping location. In this scenario, when receiving shipping payment, admin cut is included and this admin cut will be deducted from your deposit if not remitted to admin.
