Hoodmat take customer/seller issue very serious. we encourage ticket generation flow between customer, seller and admin and provide a guidline for seamless resolution. We keep ticket log as long as we dont have capacity to do so. Log history may not be available for Inactive or closed accounts.

Register On Hoodmat Platform
A new user has to register on this platform as a seller, then sign in as a seller to utilise Ticket system.To get a successful registration you have to be familiar with seller account registration module at the top right of each page. Click new register button to get you register or enter your login details as returning customer.
