How To Manage Messages As A Customer
Hoodmat take customer communication very serious. we encourage communication between customer, seller and admin and provide a guidline for simless interactions. We keep message log as long as we dont have capacity to do so. Log history may not be available for Inactive or closed accounts.
• Sign into Customer account
• Find and click Manage messages
• If you have message reply from customers
• Click on View Message
• Enter your responds
• Translate your responds if you wish
• Enter submit button

Register On Hoodmat Platform
A new user has to register on this platform as a customer, then sign in as a customer to utilise manage messages.To get a successful registration you have to be familiar with customer account registration module at the top right of each page. Click new register button to get you register or enter your login details as returning customer.
