The purpose of HOODMAT’s selling policies are to make your trading experience easy, fair and safe. Sellers should learn about HOODMAT policies before listing their items. This will enable them to adhere strictly to our policies and hence avoid consequential actions such as removing their products, limiting their or totally banning them from using HOODMAT. Sellers who intend to enjoy working with HOODMAT and creating great experience for their customers or buyers must not only be aware of our basic selling practices, they should also stick to it. HOODMAT selling practice guidelines ensure you retain your buyers and keep them happy. Item description, visuals, your terms and conditions, item returns, shipping and handling charges, delivery times, communication, are some of the areas covered here.

Return may not be necessary. But it is advisable you do. This will help build a pool of buyers for you. However if you don't want to accept returns, you must specify it boldly your return policy in your  products. If you accept returns, specify the conditions required in your listing. Something like time duration, whether the item has been tampered with( has it been opened, used), who takes charge of return charges and method of refund to specify the time period of when you accept returns, who pays for the return postage, and if you charge a return fee.
