How To Configure Enable and Assign DHL & AIRMAIL, USPS, FEDEX, UPS, Free Shipping Method

DHL & AIRMAIL Weight Base Shipping
From the list of shipping option choose your preferred service(s). If you have your weight base shipping rate per zone from your shipping partner e.g DHL AIRMAIL.
• Sign into hoodmat as seller
• Click On My Store
• Click On ‘Manage Shipping’ from the dropdown list
• Find and click your shipping carrier e.g DHL and AIRMAIL (weight base)
• Click on edit button
• Click on general tab to select the following
• Display shipping option
• Tax Class
• Enable status
• Sort order
• Click save button
Find and click zone shown in your weight base shipping rate card issued by your shipping carrier on our platform.
• If the zone is not available on our platform contact support@hoodmat.com to create it for you.
• Enter Minimum Weight e.g 0.5
• Enter Maximum Weight e.g 100.0
• Enter additional charges if available
• Enter shipping rate e.g 0.5:897.75,1.0:897.75
• Enable Status
• Click save button.

• Sign into hoodmat as seller
• Click On My Store
• Click On ‘Manage Shipping’ from the dropdown list
• Find our Weight Based Shipping
• Click on edit button
• Click on general tab to select the following
• Display shipping option
• Tax Class
• Enable status
• Sort order
• Click save button
• Find and click zone shown in your weight base shipping rate card issued by your shipping carrier on our platform.
If the zone is not available on our platform contact support@hoodmat.com to create it for you.
• Enter Minimum Weight e.g 0.5
• Enter Maximum Weight e.g 100.0
• Enter additional charges if available
• Enter shipping rate e.g 0.5:897.75,1.0:897.75
• Enable Status
• Click save button

Offering Local Pickup
We provide local pickup for a large item that is difficult to ship and customer can collect in person during collection you can inspect and avoid shipping cost.
• Sign into hoodmat as seller
• Click On My Store
• Click On ‘Manage Shipping’ from the dropdown list
• Find our Advanced Shipping PRO
• Click on edit button
• Rename shipping option to local pickup in various languages

Automated Calculated Shipping
We use package size and weight to determine shipping rate base on seller and buyer location. This is visible to buyer at the product page. Seller with shipping API of the following with companies UPS, USPS,FEDEX having interest in our Automated calculated shipping.
• Sign into hoodmat as seller
• Click On My Store
• Click On ‘Manage Shipping’ from the dropdown list
• Find and click your shipping carier e.g fedex
• Enter your API Key
• Enter your Password
• Enter your Account Number
• Enter your Meter Number
• Enter your post code
• Enter the following shipping details
• Select service
• Select Box Dimensions (L x W x H)
• Select Length Class
• Select Drop Off Type if applicable
• Select Packaging Type
• Select Rate Type
• Select service
• Select Box Dimensions (L x W x H)
• Select Length Class
• Select Drop Off Type if applicable
• Select Packaging Type
• Select Rate Type
• Select Display Delivery Time
• Select Display Delivery Weight
• Select Weight Class
• Select Tax Class
• Select Geo Zone
• Enable Status

How To Set Up Free Shipping
Estimate the costs of sending your item through various carriers to various destinations using shipping carrier calculator. Compare other seller shipping charges for similar item. Come out with your shipping charges. Consider adding shipping price with item price.
• Sing into hoodmat as seller
• Click On My Store

• Enter Total
• Enter Geo zone
