Return policy

if your return meet our return policy as stated below you can send a return request form to us via your account with us (hoodmat.com)by login into it and fill return form then submit. your return wright is eligible withing 3 working days and you are responsible for shipping of the ittems to us if you are living outside Lagos you can make return when the products you purchase does not march the product on the website or when the product is damaged or malfunction. Product sealed should not be broken when making returns, Similarly no product returns for customer change of mind after the product does not damage and meet website description Requirement for a valid procedure, Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

Return method
